$10,000 in prizes to be won in Fashions on the Field Presented by Margarita Daze.
10:30am – Registrations open at the Hair Bar, near racecourse entry
12:15pm – Registrations close
1pm – Competitors are asked to make their way to the front lawn where the parade will commence after Race 4
Please note: the parade will take a slight pause while Race 5 gets underway and continue thereafter.
A complimentary shuttle will be running on a continuous loop to and from Gosford Station and The Entertainment Grounds.
The Coastal Liner shuttle bus will pick-up travellers outside The Entertainment Grounds on Racecourse Road.
A shuttle will do one trip to the following:
6pm depart from The Entertainment Grounds to TERRIGAL HOTEL followed by THE ENTRANCE LEAGUES CLUB
6:15pm depart from The Entertainment Grounds to WOY WOY STATION followed by ETTALONG DIGGERS
For all those last minute touch ups & rogue flyaways, the wonderful HAIR BY NICOLE KING will be here to ensure your race day look is on point.

Warm up those vocal chords and get ready to join in our Crowd Karaoke!
Singalong to DJ Otzi’s ‘Hey Baby’ (ooh, aah) right before The Coast race (Race 8). Lyrics will appear on the big screen.

Owners have access to an allocated area near the betting and parade ring as well as all General Admission areas.
Owners can watch their race from the designated Winning Owners stand
Owners are not permitted to enter the horse stalls however there’s a viewing area nearby with seating available for owners only.
If an owner’s horse is successful, a representative from the Gosford Race Club will greet you by the Parade Ring for light refreshments.
Only 20 owners are permitted per horse.
Fancy a nice glass of prosecco? De Bortoli Wines has taken over our courtyard for the day with a pop-up bar inside.
While you’re visiting, take a photo at the photo wall and don’t forget to tag us on socials!
You won’t go hungry with the food trucks set-up in the De Bortoli Wines Courtyard or grab a feed from our Riverdale Bistro.
