We’re excited to share that Stage 1 works from the track crossing to 275m are now complete! Turf growing is progressing well thanks to favourable weather conditions, with the turf fully knitted and roots anchored into the recambered track. Turf health is excellent and have been recently top dressed.
We received the development approval for the works from the 330m to 640m section. With the recent good weather, we have made steady progress and all the works in this section are now complete. 12,000 m2 of turf will be installed on Wednesday 25th September which will take five days to complete.

The Entertainment Grounds recently hosted the Business NSW – Central Coast #RegionalLeaders Event, where regional leaders of the Central Coast gathered to discuss key issues impacting our community. Sponsored by ALAND and University of Newcastle, the event focused on the influence of upcoming developments in Gosford and the increased demand for housing in the Central Coast.
We were privileged to have NSW Premier The Honourable Chris Minns MP and Minister for the Central Coast The Honourable David Harris MP lead a Q&A session, addressing the acute housing shortage on the coast and exploring opportunities to upgrade Wyong, Tuggerah, and Woy Woy to Tier 1 planning precincts. Along with the progress of major projects, such as the development of the Gosford waterfront.
Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by our in-house chef, followed by valuable networking opportunities. We`re excited about the positive changes ahead for the Central Coast, NSW.
