With an eight-race card and a range of ways to experience the action, Central Coast Legacy Race Day is a great opportunity to gather friends, family or colleagues and enjoy a day at Gosford Race Club while recognising the important work of Central Coast NSW Legacy.
Supporting Veterans’ Families on the Central Coast
Central Coast NSW Legacy has supported the families of veterans across the region since receiving its Charter of Legacy in 1951.
The organisation provides advocacy, assistance and practical programs designed to support veterans’ families through a range of circumstances.
Its work includes support for widows and widowers, juniors and contemporary families, disabled dependants and students through scholarship programs.
Central Coast Legacy Race Day provides an opportunity to recognise this ongoing contribution to our local community while enjoying a great afternoon of racing at The Entertainment Grounds.
Eight Races and Trackside Action
Racegoers can look forward to an exciting eight-race card, with gates open from 12:00pm and racing and entertainment continuing throughout the afternoon.
General Admission is just $10, or $5 for concession holders, providing access to the trackside lawn as well as bar, catering and betting facilities.
Children under 17 receive free General Admission when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Make a Day of It with Race Day Hospitality
For those wanting to make the occasion extra special, a range of hospitality options are available.
The Lakeview All-Inclusive Package is $154 per person and includes racecourse entry, a three-course luncheon, five-hour standard beverage package, racebook and reserved seating in the Lakeview Room overlooking the racecourse and winning straight.
The Seniors Package is available for $55 per person and includes racecourse entry, a racebook, reserved seating in the Lakeview Room, a two-course luncheon and all-day tea and coffee.
Members and non-members can also enjoy dining in the Panorama Members Lounge, with a chef’s canapé on arrival, three-course luncheon and sweeping views across the racecourse and winning post.
For larger groups, The Carousel is available as a private race-day venue, making it an ideal option for corporate gatherings, birthdays and other celebrations.
