Ready to fire up with BBQ ALLIANCE?
Whether you’re competing or judging, we want you to be part of BREW-B-Q 2026! BBQ teams must complete the Team Registration Form and purchase the $300 team entry ticket in the ticketing area to be considered for the competition. If you’d like to judge, complete the Judge Registration Form and purchase your Judge Ticket for $50 in the ticketing area to secure your place.

FAQ
Is there seating?
Yes, we have a large grandstand at the venue, however, seating cannot be reserved. All areas are exposed to the elements.
Can we bring in our own chairs?
There will be a picnic area sectioned to the side of the stage where you can use your own chairs and rugs.
Can I bring in water or food?
Food and drink is NOT permitted to be brought into the event. We do have food and drink available to purchase and a complimentary hydration station at our venue. Empty water bottles are permitted.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs and pets are NOT permitted to be brought into the event. Thank you for understanding.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is limited parking near the venue, including opposite The Entertainment Grounds, on the corner of the venue and the commuter carpark 200-metres from the main entry.

Is there wheelchair access?
Our venue is wheelchair accessible. We have limited disabled carparks. If you require a space, please contact the office on (02) 4325 0461.
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Tickets are available to purchase at the gate on the day, if not sold out prior to the event. Tickets are $60.00 at the gate.
Will my bags be check upon entry?
All bags will be checked upon entry.
Will there be cash and card facilities available?
Cash and card will be accepted at our venue. ATM machines will also be in operation.
