The Entertainment Grounds’ own chef Gary Burns is getting behind this years ‘Stars of the Central Coast’, raising money for the Cancer Council and dancing a JAZZ routine with Lara Coffey!

After leaving Scotland at the age of 18, Gary Burns’ career as a chef took him to England and Europe before travelling to Australia on a holiday in 2007 and never leaving. Today, Gary lives on the Central Coast with his three beautiful children and runs his own catering business, Archer Hospitality alongside business partner, Julia Barnes. The business in its fifth year, caters from Sydney to the Hunter Valley. Outside of business, Gary likes travelling, golf and a few too many glasses of Shiraz. Gary is onboard with the Cancer Council this year as he has seen loved ones affected by the disease and is happy to help where he can.
