SCANNING YOUR TICKET
If you are scanning your ticket from a mobile device, please ensure the brightness is turned up and the QR code is visible. Lay your mobile device flat underneath the scanner until a green arrow is shown on the turnstile.

DRESS REGULATIONS
General Admission guests are encouraged to embrace traditional race day attire, however, smart casual attire is acceptable. Please note, entry may be refused to anyone wearing clothing that is dirty, ripped, or deemed inappropriate.
MEMBERS AREA
Gentlemen are expected to wear smart race attire.
Acceptable:
- Collared Shirt
- Dress or tailored trousers, chinos or jeans
- Dress or tailored shorts
- Enclosed footwear (sandals are permitted in summer)
Ladies are expected to wear smart race attire.
Acceptable:
- Dress or dress skirt
- Dress / tailored shorts, trousers, chinos, or jeans
Not permitted
- T-shirts or singlets
- Tracksuits, board shorts, cargo shorts, or sports shorts
- Torn or ripped clothing
- Untailored pants or casual shorts
Children must be dressed in a neat fashion with appropriate footwear
Please note that obscene or offensive language will not be tolerated in the Members Area. Security may disallow entry or remove patrons from the Members Area at their discretion.
MEMBERS AREA TICKETS
- General Admission patrons can purchase a Member Guest Pass on selected race days, subject to availability. Please note, Member Guest Passes are not available on feature race days and are dependent on room capacity.
GETTING TO THE ENTERTAINMENT GROUNDS
TRAIN
Gosford Station is located 1.5km from The Entertainment Grounds (roughly a 3-minute drive or 18-minute walk).
BUS
Public buses operate regularly – Please call 131 500 or visit Busways for timetable information.

The Entertainment Grounds offer a free shuttle bus service to and from Gosford Station on select feature race days. View upcoming events
FERRY
The Palm Beach ferry operates on a regular basis between Palm Beach – Wagstaffe – Ettalong. View ferry timetable.
On occasions, Fantasea Cruising also offer charters to Gosford. Contact Fantasea Cruising for further information

PARKING
Parking is available directly opposite the main entry gate on Racecourse Road. Please note that once the gates are closed after the race day, to open the parking on the following business day, please contact our Admin Office on 02 4325 0461.
Limited street parking is available.
Parking is also available in the commuter car park located opposite the Gosford Tennis Club on Racecourse Road. Please note it is a 5-minute walk from the car park to The Entertainment Grounds.
On designated days, free parking is available in the infield. If you take advantage of the infield parking, you should be aware that entry to the racecourse is via a pedestrian tunnel that has two sets of stairs. Entry via the Racecourse Rd turnstiles is on a gentle slope with easy access to all Grandstand facilities.
DISABLED PARKING
Limited disabled parking is available within the grounds (access via Faunce Street West). Please contact us before race days to secure a spot – 02 4325 0461.
TAB & BOOKMAKER FACILITIES
TAB and Bookmaker facilities can be found in the Betting Ring, Panorama Members’ Lounge, Riverdale Bar & Cafe and in the Lakeview Room on selected race days.
ATM’s are available, which are located in the betting ring.
OWNERS
Owners can collect their owners’ pass at the raceday office or at the front gate.
