Sunset Sounds 2025: Boy & Bear headline Summer Sounds at The Entertainment Grounds, Gosford on 18 October
The highly anticipated Sunset Sounds festival returns after a three-year hiatus, and it’s set to be bigger and better than ever!
After a long wait, Sunset Sounds is back in 2025, bringing the ultimate live music experience to the Central Coast. For the first time ever, the festival will be hosted at The Entertainment Grounds in Gosford on Saturday, 18 October 2025, all set against the backdrop of one of the region’s most iconic venues.

This year’s headline act is none other than the five-time ARIA Award-winning indie folk band Boy & Bear. Boy & Bear will bring their iconic blend of folk, rock and indie to the stage, promising a set that will leave the crowd singing along. This will be the perfect opportunity to hear hits from their chart-topping albums, including Harlequin Dream and Suck on Light.
The incredible line-up doesn’t end with Boy & Bear. The festival will also feature an eclectic mix of Australian talent that spans a range of genres:
- Josh Pyke – One of Australia’s beloved singer-songwriters, known for his heartfelt lyrics and timeless acoustic sound.
- Pierce Brothers – This Melbourne-based blues/roots duo is sure to get the crowd moving with their energetic performances and foot-stomping rhythms.
- The McCredie Brothers – With their unique folk/pop sound, this duo will bring a fresh, dynamic vibe to the stage.
- Betty – This up-and-coming Sydney artist is making waves with her distinctive blend of folk and indie pop, and she’s sure to captivate the Sunset Sounds audience.
- Ben Morgan – Opening the day is Northern Beaches’ own Ben Morgan, bringing his fresh, vibrant sound to kick off the event in style.
The venue’s fantastic infrastructure, combined with the stunning views and open-air setting, makes Sunset Sounds 2025 the perfect way to enjoy a day of music in the heart of the Central Coast.
