FAQ
Is there seating?
Yes, we have a large grandstand at the venue, picnic tables on the front lawn and betting ring as well as the Riverdale for indoor seating. Seating cannot be reserved.
Can we bring in our own chairs and/or picnic rug?
Yes, there will be a dedicated picnic area to the side of the stage where you can use your own chairs and rugs.
Can I bring in water or food?
Food and drink are not permitted to be brought into the event. We do have food and drink available to purchase. Empty water bottles are permitted. This is a glass-free event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is limited parking nearby the venue, including opposite The Entertainment Grounds, on the corner of the venue and the commuter carpark 200-metres from the main entry.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. We have limited disabled carparks, if you require a space, please contact the office on 02 4325 0461
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Tickets are available to purchase at the gate on the day, if not sold out prior to the event. At the gate for General Admission will cost $20 and General Admission Concession card holders will cost $15.
Where should I go if my tickets include a reusable glass?
If your ticket includes a reusable glass, please visit the designated collection point located near the main entrance as you enter the venue. Please present your ticket to the staff, and you will receive your reusable glass.
What happens if the event is cancelled due to weather?
In the event of severe weather, we will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, all ticket holders will be contacted directly. Please check our website and social media channels for updates on the day of the event.

Can I take alcoholic beverages off-site?
Due to licensing regulations, all alcohol purchased at the event must be consumed on-site.
